My foundation began with formal study in Behavioural Science, Philosophy, and Biomedical Science, giving me a broad understanding of how humans think, adapt, feel, heal, and change. But my learning didn’t stop in the classroom. Over the last 15 years, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge through multiple therapeutic and wellness qualifications that help me support the whole person - mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially.
What I offer today is the integration of all of it: compassion, psychology, science, practical wellness, and the ability to meet people exactly where they are. I also bring in experts in their field.
